Needto, I'm in the same boat as you, I have a bottle from costco with about 400 pills with it, I actually bought some multi pro 32x, and I've been using my costco multi in the morning and the multi pro 32x post workout. I haven't been pissing out too much excess and I think it has been helping, once my 32x runs out I'm gonna grab some of these.
