most users report this, though part of that is due to the carrier. (just to be upfront).

the science of topical delivery is actually quite developed, but because of lack of patentability big pharma and others dont use it. (though they have been moving toward it because of the benefits of local and time release delivery (not to mention bioavailability) with new and most importantly PATENTABLE delivery platforms.. not more effective.. but certainly more profitable)
