Yohimburn, simply amazing!!!!!

really depends on usage.. it typically lasts 3-5weeks. though some VERY unusual people have gone through a bottle in 2 weeks. others, just using for small areas it may last 8-10weeks.

the greater your calorie deficit the more that you can use at the same ratio of dose to fat utilization.

so if dieting hard and cardio you can use more than if just taking it easy

Macro,

I ordered Yohimburn DF, boitin and Glucorell-R.

How many grams of carbs are needed with each dosage of Glucorell-R? I'ver read that with each dose of Glucorell-R you should cosume around 30 grams of carbs, is that about right? When I go on my cutting cycle I want to consume as few carbs as possible, but I don't want to go to low with the Glucorell-R. Also, when is the best time to apply the Yohimburn DF, once in the morning and once in the evening before workout/cardio?

1 cap per 30-50g of carbs.. the glucorell should allow a higher carb intake (relative .. ie not pig out) with better fat loss than acheived with carb restriction

as far as the Yohimburn DF in the am and before cardo/workout are good times.. before bed is also an option

Woah Cowboy! That's a bombshell. Are you SAYING that r-ala with moderate carbs can result in MORE fat loss than ketosis??? No way??!!

-= nav =-

exactly what is being said (though low fat diet.. emphasis on polunsaturates.. ie flax etc..)

Australia ?

I want to buy some Yohimburn DF... Checked the AF website, its US$69. Problem is I'm in Australia and theres no mention of shipping costs, time taken, postal insurance etc.
I'd like to know this BEFORE I enter credit card details.
Exchange rate not so good either.
Anyone from Oz know where i can get some or had success ordering this product from U.S.???

email [email protected]

they can answer all your questions

but it usually takes less than 5 days

you will probably want the usps shipping, if cost is the issue...

if tracking and surety of delivery are what you want then UPS..

discuss it with them.

I have some on the way!!!!!...along with NYC, Glucorell-R, and Biotin....can't wait! :D

I think I've lost 5 pounds already.....from my wallet:D hehe

im ordering some soon!!! u all have to let me know how it is, i will do the same, i think it should definately help some becuz the rest of my body is looking great and losing except for the troublesome areas!

some comments on my experience so far:

been using yohimburn for a little over a week now, I am certainly seeing a difference, perhaps initially fromt the diuretic effect, but at any rate, my abs are poking through a little more.

also taking with NYC, which I have to say I love. Doesn't make me edgy and irritated like Xenadrine and other ECA's did. And when I take it, I can definitely feel a noticeable rise in body temp.

:D

macrophage69alpha - please help!

i was thinking about trying that out and have been reading up on it. I read that it works the best when you have stubborn fat areas and it seems that it works best for people who are slim and are around 10% BF.

I am 18% BF and most of my fat is around the love handles and abs.. also in my thighs too. I am 5' 8" 168lbs.

Is this going to work for me??

Your help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

given your particular fat pattern (particularly the legs) you should respond well even at higher body fat.

are you planning on stacking any thermogenics with it? EC, NYC or Thermorexin ( :D )

and what type of diet/other supps?

Thank you very much for replying!!

I just had a checkup on my BF today and now its down to 14% BF. The last time I checked 3 months ago it was at 18%.

are you planning on stacking any thermogenics with it? EC, NYC or Thermorexin ( )
Can you explain exactly how each one would benefit me? I read about it from the links in your sig, and wanted to know more info on it. I am interested in purchasing the Yohimburn and anything else I need to lower BF. I want to get around 10% BF if that is reasonable.

and what type of diet/other supps?[
There's no type of diet right now.. I'm trying to eat right.. I eat 4 small meals a day (usually chicken) and then 2 20g protein shakes and fruits in between meals. I dont know how good of a diet that is. I did the CKD worksheet and found that I need less than 20g for carbs for day 1-6??? What would I need to eat to stay below 20g of carbs? I looked in the back of an orange juice bottle and it is already past 20g of carbs!

Thanks for the help!!!

EC is pretty stimulatory and thermogenic
NYC is pretty thermogenic and appetite suppressive
Thermorexin is VERY appetite suppressive, thermogenic and varying with respect to its stim effects

you would benefit from adding one of them.

as far as diet... the use of glucorellR will allow you to eat carbs adn lose weight as well, if not better, than with a low carb diet...

note fruits do not require insulin to be stored as fat, so while they are good for restoring liver glycogen which is important for energy and fat burning, they should be consumed in moderation...

Currently, I am only taking protein shakes.. about 40-60grams a day and not taking anything else such as pills. I am just looking to cut up and lower bodyfat.. im not competing.. just an avg. guy looking to cut up.

Is the EC the mild fat burner and the Thermorexin the more intense fat burner?? I dont know which one I should start off with because I dont want to have allergic reations to it. I am 22 and dont have any heart problems or anything like that. Which one should I get?

How many doses should I take a day with the glucorell.. and do I really need the biotin too? I want to get the Yohimburn too.. whats the difference between original and DF?

note fruits do not require insulin to be stored as fat, so while they are good for restoring liver glycogen which is important for energy and fat burning, they should be consumed in moderation...

So... I should not eat a lot of this??

Thanks again Macro !!!

EC is more stimulatory, though this varies. as far as all around fat loss thermorexin is better. there is little chance of allergic reaction to either

How many doses should I take a day with the glucorell.. 100mg of glucorellR (1 cap) per 30-50grams of carbs (usually 1-2 caps per meal) and do I really need the biotin too?yes.. get the 4 pack.. it comes with biotin I want to get the Yohimburn too.. whats the difference between original and DF? DF is better (a lot better).. ie original is really just being kept as a alternative for those that really dont want caffiene.

note fruits do not require insulin to be stored as fat, so while they are good for restoring liver glycogen which is important for energy and fat burning, they should be consumed in moderation...
So... I should not eat a lot of this?? yes.. dont eat lots of fruits or high fructose corn syrup.. though some is good for liver glycogen.. so dont eliminate completely

Please let me know what I should do.. thanks again!dc

that cover everything? if not.. be sure to post :)

Thanks for the reply..

For the Yohimburn DF.. what will the caffeine do for me and what is the point of having caffeine?

It says on the AF website:
What difference do these Diuretic Factors make?
They will decrease, even eliminate, the sub-cutaneous water that many users of Yohimburn report.

What does this mean? I drink about a gallon of water everyday..

I am getting ready to order everything.. let me know.. thanks!

the website, which needs to be updated.. does not do the difference justice..

the caffiene DEFINITELY increases the lipolytic effect (fat burning is better)

and the sub-q water elimination is to counteract the local water retention that yohimbine can cause...

Ok I get it now.. one more question b4 I order!!

Whats the difference between NYC and THERMOREXIN? I was going to get the Yohimburn/NYC package. Once again, I am new to all this so I dont want anything too strong that will affect my performance at work. I work 8am-5pm and then work out around 7pm. With this in mind.. let me know what's best!!

BTW: I am taking the X-Rated whey protein from Hi-Health and need to get somemore.. any suggestions on protein that tastes good at a cheap price?

Thanks!!

its really a matter of choice.. NYC is widely liked as is thermorexin (even though its quite new)

as far as overall results.. thermorexin....

both should be fine for work

Thanks for you help.

P.S. Ordered Thermox on Friday ~ Can't wait!

try it in the am.. to see how you respond.. take the other at 4 or 5... you should be able to gauge it from your first response

just one cap to start

interesting... considering the width and breadth of your knowledge and experience with the product that is indeed a scathing analysis

perhaps reading the several thousand users posts regarding the topic might be more beneficial

I see the Thermorexin has Glucorell R and Biotin in it already but at pretty low dosages. Is there a benefit to adding additional Glucorell R when on Thermorexin?

For what purpose?

Purpose of G-R in T-Rex is b/c when fat burners burn fat (simplified) glucose is released from the fat-cell and the addition of G-R helps T-Rrex work better/longer......I think.....:D

yes.. though you may find you need less than usual.. as the T-rex enhances glucose clearance

it varies.. and the stimulation is different..

however that being said most note significant workout intensity improvement (though moreso with cardio.. at least from currently available feedback)

I suggest using it on your face, only use it like e3d and maximize it by using it pre workout or what not... almost everyone's face looks leaner, if you have high cheekbones and a chiseled jaw you'll look even better.

whats e3d? every third day?

have to.. no
should... yes

thats a lot of areas at once.. so either go light dosing for each 1/2 pump or focus on 1-2 areas..

2-4 pumps is good unless dieting very strictly

I weigh about 232 i'm 6' and according to my Tanita body fat scale it says I have 30 percent body fat :(. I've been taking Phentermine off and on trying to get used to it gradually.

I am wondering if some yohimburn DF would help me burn some fat. Do you have to shave the area you want to apply it to (chest)?

Anyone know how Glucorell R and Biotin might react with Phentermine?

I would like to read some more info about it. And what exactly does the Biotin do?

Thank you very much!

I would like to read some more info about it. And what exactly does the Biotin do? for metabolic reasons it should be supplemented when taking R+ (glucorellR) or even racemic lipoic acid... but it also has its own glucose clearing effects

Thank you very much!

will this stuff work if you're at 20% bf and gained some weight in the face / chin? I actually already have YDF. I just would like to know before I waste more of the bottle on my fat ass .
thanks

would not exceed three squirts for face and chin... 1-2 should be fine

it may actually restore some skin integrety and will help to prevent skin cancer (the DF version only).. there are several studies that show reversal of sun related skin "damage" (in this case melanomas) through the use of topical caffeine (in DF) or topical ECGC (a green tea extract).. likely due to effects of C'amp increase on "skin repair"..

My only complaint is that I need a bigger bottle ;)

I probably use at least 8 squirts a day. I need like a gallon of this stuff :p

I've been on CKD for 5 weeks I decided to take the plunge and ordered some Yohimburn DF, Glucorell R and GLA.

I hope the Yohimburn DF helps some of the troubled spots.

Hey all,

I am awaiting my yohimburn df right now. Would love to here some success stories from people who lost some fat in the chest area......just to hype me up =)

Got my yohimburn DF today....really excited. One quick question, can/should yohimburn be taken with creatine, or will the two counteract each other. Thanks again

Hey Macro-

I'm really considering on getting Yohimburn to be used on my abs and face. I'm wondering if using it on my face will have any side effects, as my skin is rather prone to acne if I don't take good care of it. Will the Yohimburn react with my skin and make me break out? Thanks.

if your acne is due to oily skin it will be LESS prone to break out... if its due to dry skin.. you will have to be more judicious in your use.

Do you guys suggest yohimburn DF or original Yohimburn for fat pockets under nipple from when I was a little kid?? Thanks

yes, if it is indeed just FAT.. then success rate is near 100% (so highly reccomended)

but can only give about a 70% chance of success if nipple puffyness (as it can be caused by prolactin related issues)...

most users get at least some resolution of nipple puffyness..

I had a "breast reduction" to get rid of my man tits about four years ago. I used to be a fat kid, and when I dropped 40lbs, the boobs didn't go away so I got surgery.
Now though, there's still extra fat in that area. It's not that bad, and actually it makes my pecs look stronger than they actually are which is quite a plus. However, it IS fat. Will Yohimburn help me out in this area?
Also, I have extra skin below my belly button, across the love handles zone, probably as a result of losing all the weight. I do ab exercises and other things, but this area will not harden up at all, even though I have a slight sixpack above it. It's not fat - it's skin. I can pull at this area of skin and it'll strech out long and thin. When sitting it create a little bit of a roll. Will Yohimburn help me out in this area?
I already ordered a bottle and it arrived yesterday, but will not be able to pick it up for a week (I'm not at home). How much should I apply to these areas?

dave2k,

yohimburn is intended for fat loss, it will help somewhat with loose skin. however what you describe is probably a combination of both loose skin and stubborn fat (which yohimburn will help with).

some key things to regaining skin elacticity:
1. water.. lots of it
2. vitamin C 2-3g per day
3. if you smoke, STOP
4. essential fats... flax and fish oil
5. patience (it took a long time to stretch that skin out.. it wont come back to normal right away)

is yohimburn effective ONLY during cardiovascular exercise? my cardio is very limited right now.. so i've been puttin it on before my lifting sessions. but i have a cutting type diet right now.. thanks

thats fine... though the addition of even 15-20min of even light cardio (prior to workout as a warm -up-- which is a very good idea anyway)... would be very beneficial

interesting.. i've been consciously averting combining ANY cardio with my lifting session.. (this is really what limits my cardio, because i have hard enough time scheduling lifting as it is).. so 15-20 minutes LIGHT cardio before lifting shouldnt have negative effect on muscle glycogen before my weights? thanks dr. mac

it should actually improve your performance

hey WOW HOLY SHIT GOOD TO SEE PPL LOVING THIS STUFF. time for me to try it soon. well i am running a bulk cycle of A bombs and test. i plan on doing a cycle of test prop 500 a week, 400 mg of EQ (ganabol) and 50 mg of winny ED at the end of the cycle. i want to improve my Intercostals and lower abs. and taking a 3 steroid compound will that interfere with taking the yohimburn DF? and any other fat burining steroids that work even better since of the yohimburn DF? thanx for your time

I am thinking of trying this stuff because I believe I have those stubborn fat pockets on my chest. Though, I'm at 17% bodyfat. Is that just excess bodyfat, and will come off once I trop to like 10%? Should I wait to get Yohimburn?

It's soft on my chest, but so is my stomach. And when I tighter my chest muscles, I can barely grab anything on it.

By the way for you guys that don't have fat on your chests, is it normal when not flexing, to be able to grab a good amount of stuff on your chest, that dissipates when you flex? Because I don't want to be the only one who's like this, but I don't go around grabbing other guy's chests to find out haha.

LK2,

its hard to say.. but if the fat is stubborn (as you described it) then when you are at a lower percent it will remain disproportionately higher. I you have a considerable amount of fat in your chest now, as compared to overall bodyfat, you would likely very much benefit from the addition of yohimburn DF to that area during your cutting phase.

Hmm, thanks. Blah, not what I wanted to hear really.

The stuff is pretty damn expensive. But uhm, I didn't really say the fat is stubborn. I just said there's fat there, but there's fat on my stomach too. Lower and upper somewhat. I think, and hope, maybe it's just because I have high bodyfat.

But still, you guys with low bodyfat, if you're not flexed, can you grab alot on your chest, or is it solid as a rock even then?

you can use the yohimburn now, or wait.. its a matter of preference... in men most chest fat is A2 rich. the frontal fat pattern though is also indicative of insulin insensitivity. You might benefit better from GlucorellR (R+ lipoic and biotin)

I'm gonna try it on my lower abs eventually. how does it work on the arms macro, specifically triceps? And has anyone tried it on delts? for some weird reason i have a really time getting cuts in my delts even with relatively low BF.

tris and the "rear delt/tricep/lat connect area" does respond in indviduals with stubborn fat there- quite well in many cases

Questions for Macro

Here's my question for Macro:
I have Yohimburn DF, how many "drops" (or what is the unit anyway) do I apply to each area, and how many areas can be done at the same time? I plan to use it pre-workout and before bed, but when could I fit in the second application on non-training days?

I mostly want to use it on lower abs, and secondary probably chest.

Another question since you mentioned using prolacting inhibitors for puffy nips...
I have naturally elevated prolactin, around 24-25 (normal should be below 20). I recently got Cabaser (cabergoline) 16 tabs @4mg each. I would like to get before and after blood work done with this drug, so I feel like putting it off after my AAS cycle which will start in 17 days. Would it be beneficial during fat loss though, just doing it for the next two weeks that I'm cutting pre-cycle? Or is using a prolactin inhibitor for only two weeks a bad idea? Plus someone said that some prolactin is necessary for testosterone production...

Thanks.

Thread is way too long to read over all of it so
