Cardio: 30 mins Elliptical, Stationary Bike, and Treadmill
Weights:
Squats: 3 sets of 8 @ 65#
SLDLs: 3 sets of 8 @ 60#
Overhead Press: 3 sets of 8 @ 30#
Leg Press: 3 sets of 8 @ 145#, 245#, 215#
Rope Pulldowns: (or whatever the hell u call it) 3 sets of 8 @ 40#, 50#, 60#
Comments: lots of sweet pepperminty sweat, amazing tingling sensation, cooling effect during cardio, and definitely increased energy. Yohimburn is awesome. Go buy it. Now.
PS: still doing FABULOUS on the Sesapure/Glucorell combo. I feel like I should be eating lots more than I already eat. Carbs aren't making me fat, and I feel hot in the morning. LOL.
