yohimburn es WOW!!!!!!

I've been using it for about 3 weeks & my husband says he notices a difference in the areas I've been using it.....
 
I am a female, using my first bottle of YES. Started July 22nd using on chin, abdomen and back of thighs.

I am not into working out. Right now it's 3-4 times a week alternating
walking (at least an hour)
mini-stepper/t-tapp (30/45/60 minutes as the mood strikes me)
and ligting small weights at the end for 10-15 minutes

The strange thing that I have noticed is that the back of my left thigh, where women get that little roll of fat, is flat on the outer part and only a little bump on the inner part. On the right thigh though, it's still there. I only noticed the difference at the end of the first week of August so for the last week I have only been putting it on the right. I think I feel a slight decrease overall in the size of the roll but I find it weird that one leg would respond better than the other because I was putting the same amount on both.

Additionally, I'm wondering if noticing the difference in the thighs is cauing me to imagine the last two times that I looked at my abdomen in profile that the left side looks better than the right. It would be so annoying if this turns out to be a total body issue and not just the thighs.

I have the UFRK and

I used the yohimburn es for the first time this morning. It has a really pleasant peppermint smell and it tingles after a few minutes. Im sure I can see a slight difference on my tummy since this morning.
 
Started using it again yesterday. Looking forward to seeing great results (as usual) from this stuff. This time I'm starting at a lower BF, it will be interesting to see how the upper body (stomach & love handles) react (it ate up my lower body despite being at a higher bf the last time).
 
Hey Ladies,
wanted to let you know that my fiance is on her 3rd day of YES and ever since the first application she's had an extreme amount of energy. I even tried it and within about 10 min i could feel my whole body just wake up. I can even see a differnce in her lower abs as they are already tighting up and showing nice lines. Great product guys! I just got in the T-Rex and glucocerol for her. I'll tell her to take 3 tabs of those to in the AM.....(j/K). Can't imagine how's shes going to react with the T-Rex and Yes. Will keep you posted. And thanks again for helping her out when she some Q's a few weeks ago. Great products!

macro- just purchased yohimburn..quick questions:

1.) i work out at 5am--do I have to shower first in order for it to work well? I shower before bed...also, I heard I can shower before bed and then sleep in it...is that as effective?

2.)with training-5days/week, 4sets 6-8reps to failure, and 4-5days cardio 30-45 min---will it help me to lose@10lbs in 5weeks with a clean, cutting diet? I have posted to sassy with my particulars? I am prob @20-25 bf--guessing high..I have a lot of muscle though..

1. no, but a quick rub of the application site with a hot wet hand towel would be helpful :)
use at night can be very effective (really depends on the individual)

2. 2lbs a week is very reasonable, especially with higher than average muscle mass.

thanks macro! used it last nite and loved the tingly feeling. already I am down- it varies, one day 3lbs last nite scale said 6-have to get bf tested to be sure so I am very anxious to see what this does :rainbow:
 
Hi everyone,I just got through all the posts,and have to say it really strikes the curiosity.I have started my current eating plan the first week of Feb,nice clean eating and work out 2xday 45 cardio and then weights 3-4 times a week.taking Lipo-6 for supplment but have alot about sesapure and cardio breeze.I would like to try T-rex but I have heard it is pretty strong,and I am thinking I would like to see the back of my eye lids every now and then,lol
So,I will be ordering my Yes and hope that I am blessed with the great results that I have read from the other ladies..(keeping fingers crossed) :qt:

sesapure can be added to any stim based fat burner. when it comes to choosing between thermorexin and cardio breeze, its a matter of preference. perhaps its wisest to start out with cardio breeze and then try thermorexin later.

be sure to update on the Yohimburn ES (also stackable with pretty much and stim based burner)

:) You will get there with a clean diet ... remember diet is key ... :D supps are just that supplementary... But they DO help, esp YES

You CAN apply it on days you don't train but currently I only use it pre workout.

When I did AM cardio PM weights I applied it twice a day, & exfoliated the area before application each time :) Even at the gym I was in the shower b4 working out ... confused the heck outta people ... but I got my money's worth & some great results.

(p.s. As long as the area is clean you will be fine)
 
i'm thinking of ordering cardio breeze, t-rex and YES,

My workout schedule is running in the am and weights in the pm.

i'm thinking of alternating T-rex and cardio breexe 2weeks each. if I'm taking a t-rex pre am cardio, should I be applying YES at the same time.. or is that too much?

You should be fine. I did that (T-Rex/YES, as CB was not out just yet) and I was fine. Start with the smaller dose/application & go from there :)

Do you have any experience with applying YES and using Cardio breeze? I was reading through some of your log and it seems you're experienced in that area..

It seems that there are soooooo many different supplements as soon as I mention taking one there are 10 more that are "recommended".

Yes I do. Cardio Breeze will give you that boost for AM cardio, T-Rex to me is stronger. I use CB & YES now. I take T-Rex mid morning / early afternoon to curb cravings... I STILL feel it.

Either combo will work good. You'll have to see what works for you, your bank account & your goal(s) :)

You are spending your $$ on what I feel are the best supps out there on the market today PERIOD. If you are not satisfied they should let you return them, NP.

I finally gave in and bought this....they sent me a item shipped notice, so should be getting it in the next few days. Yay! :D

Great! Remember to apply it to a CLEAN area ... if you can shower/shave/exfoliate tonight (or tomorrow prior to application, I know it's not always possible,) use body scrub or loofah.

If you don't have time for that, at least rub the area with a wet towel. I rarely waited the whole 30-40 minutes ( I think it says this??), maybe 15-20 only.

don't get it too close to your, uh...unmentionables. :D I did the inner thighs this morning and accidentally over-applied. :worried:

I tried it this morning before my cardio & pilates and "Wow!" It's pretty darn tingly, and cold feeling. I think I sweat more, too!?!?! I'll take measurements once a week or so and post them in my journal.

I have chipmunk cheeks even though I'm under 16% bf.

yes, that is actually one of the most popular areas of use.

Oh--thats good--YES can be used with an oral :)
 
Ok, let me see if I understand how this works:

1. You shower and/or exfoliate the area you will be applying YES to.
2. You apply the YES to whatever area(s) you are working on.
3. You workout.
4. You shower and exfoliate the area you applied the YES to & it can "burn" when the water hits it.


I understand the chemical interactions and "how" it works but here's my questions:

1. Do you cover or wrap an area with anything once you've applied the YES?

2. Does it stain your workout clothing?

3. Do you just wear the same thing each time you use it and wash it everyday?

4. Will it make me a "B" cup? I'm a DD. (Ok, Ok I'm kidding ;) )


I had purchased a topical fat burner locally last year some time and it stained the gear I was wearing. I even soaked them in a heavy soap solution and it still never came out so I had to wash the gear everyday until I stopped using the topical stuff.

If I'm going to invest in YES I can't be buying clothes everytime I use it.

4. you can shower, its reccomended 60-90minutes between application and showering. you dont need to exfoliate then, its actually not reccomended as exfoliating twice and using the yohimburn is such short amount of time probably will irritate the site of application

Well I rcvd my Yohimburn DF and put some on before I left for the gym on Thursday. I wore shorts and I didn't notice much of a difference in sweating. I don't normally wear shorts, it scares people.

On Friday I applied it after my shower from head to toe, well at least the parts I could reach by myself. I froze!!!!!!!! The peppermint starting cooling and I had goosebumps all over. Took 20 min for my nips to thaw so I could leave the house w/o pokin someones eye out. :rolleyes:

I wore long workout pants and hopped on the treadmill, 15 min 3.5 mph & then 5 min on the elliptical. I was sweatin & I could smell the peppermint again once I broke a sweat.

I can honestly say I was still sweatin 20 min AFTER I left the gym and that's with YDF! I can only imagine what it would be like with YES.

I need to apply it a few minutes earlier or leave a few minutes later cuz it wasn't quite 30 minutes.

I love my YES everyday before I hit the gym I put it on my abs and my oblique area and I have noticed just from doing that on the days I do cardio and abs it has helped me shed flab on my stomach quicker and made it tighter. Have any of you put it on your glutes and got good results with it, because I was debating on trying that to see if it was worth it. But so far I love my YES it works great for me and helped me shed 3 inches off my waist.
 
Thanks bunny. One thing though if you put it on your tri's and bi's does it make them more defined or does it make them look smaller because I have pretty thin looking arms as is and as far as puttin git on your face does it define it more or make it look really thin? Because I have very defined features as is.

If you have stubborn fat on your arms and it HELPS rid that, then YES they may appear smaller. Honey you need to lift some weights. You will NOT get big, impossible unless you have super woman genetics & using 'things' to help you get that way... 6-10 reps good range... not this 15-20 .. build some muscle, the body will look fuller, and EAT more .. you will not get fat if you eat the right foods :)

You should start a thread girl .. the ladies here will help you :)
 
Just received Yohimburn ES (muahaha)

Applied to: cheeks, neck, shoulders, triceps, abdomen, love handles, glutes, thighs, hips...

Cardio: 30 mins Elliptical, Stationary Bike, and Treadmill
Weights:

Squats: 3 sets of 8 @ 65#

SLDLs: 3 sets of 8 @ 60#

Overhead Press: 3 sets of 8 @ 30#

Leg Press: 3 sets of 8 @ 145#, 245#, 215#

Rope Pulldowns: (or whatever the hell u call it) 3 sets of 8 @ 40#, 50#, 60#


Comments: lots of sweet pepperminty sweat, amazing tingling sensation, cooling effect during cardio, and definitely increased energy. Yohimburn is awesome. Go buy it. Now.

PS: still doing FABULOUS on the Sesapure/Glucorell combo. I feel like I should be eating lots more than I already eat. Carbs aren't making me fat, and I feel hot in the morning. LOL.
 
i'm thinking of ordering this soon.. have just been going the CB / sespaure thing for the past 3 weeks... am thinking of adding some levorex/ YES in there..

would it be too much to be taking a cb and putting on YES at the same time, continuing with the sesapure.. AND adding levorex too?

I personally take 2 CB and put on YES prior to my morning cardio before breakfast. I don't feel over-stimmed or anything at all, and I am really really sensitive to that sort of thing. In addition to this, I also take another 2 CB at lunchtime. I also take 1 Sesapure 3 times a day, as well, but it doesn't compound anything else I'm taking in the CB/YES/Levorex category... so I don't consider that part of the "Am I over-stimulated?" equation.

I was taking Levorex 3 times a day (2 caps each time), but have since cut back to taking it only at breakfast. Unlike the rest of the supps, Levorex I can "feel" a little more than I like when the dose is too high. Does it work well for me? Yes, absolutely, and it's just something you have to try out in various dosages. I would get it and try taking 1 capsule twice a day... and see how you feel. Sometimes it all just comes down to trial and error.

So is it too much for you to handle? No. :)
 
Can anyone tell me if YES is still safe to use (since it's topical) if you're pregnant? I haven't been using it for a while, but was just wondering. Thanks!! :)

Via Ulter, I found out that YES is indeed safe to use when pregnant, but he advises that you not put it on your tummy.

I would like to try Yohimburn yet I am confused if the ES formula or DF.
Of course my stubborn areas as hips/butt and triceps. I would like to know which is best, or if there is an oral fat burner that could help more. I am currently lifting 3 times a week and doind HITT 3 times a week, I get so confusd about cardio for fat burning, I just keep doing HITT or mix with slow steady heart beat in fat burn zone..Yet I am PARANOID about gaining more fat...I am a feak...I weigh 120 and stand 5¨5...35 chest 25 waist 36 hips, just not as tight as I would like...It's the top layer of fat that drives me up the wall. I am 39 had 3 children. I could settle for staying as I am..I know I am not getting any younger, skin changes but I want to lose the fat layer because muscle is strong, Please help me get rid of it via cardio and some almost miraculos fat burner as an aid.
 
Yohimburn ES.

yohimburn DF is really only for people that are extremely stimulant sensitive or want to use before bed (though many people can and do use ES that way as well).
 
i just ordered some YES, the first day i only put a couple of pumps on and got a bit of a rash... but I didn't seem to get it today.

i didn't notice much tingling.. but can't really report on it after only two days of use. i'm only applying to legs and tummy right now.

i do a quick warm cloth /exfoliate in the morning, dry it off and apply
