A very good point, one that has not been emphasized enough. Menthol containing products- aspercreme, bengay, application solution. should be kept away from sensitive skin------eyes, nose and reproductive organs- which means extra care should be taken with inner thigh applications (though due to anatomy this is more a problem for males than females- ie external v. internal). And of course washing and toweling hands after application.

I have continued using MP special carrier and have no complaints thus far. I have definitely lost around my midsection, which is great. Also, what i thought could have been slight gyno on my pecks has proven to be fat that is basically gone. The only problem i seem to be facing is a little fat on my lower back, i haven't really applied to much there(only a few times), i will start it next Monday, ED on that spot.
I am doing 5 days on, 2 days off.

THATS why i dont use my towel to whipe off the sweat cause i use that same towel on my face and thats with the CAPSAICIN ALOT WORSE THAN BENGAY try it and youll know ...... a couple days ago i used this stuff on my inner thighs and didnt have any undies on ....you thought bengay was bad hell noooooo i had fire ball for about three good hours FELT GREAT LOL . as for the bengay i dont like cause it remains sticky even after you shower ....it bugs
