today I started my second cycle of DNP so I decided to to give Yohi. a try. Well you know how you put that headache is syptom, shit all I know that an hour after I applied it I hade a f****n headache from hell for 2.5 hours!

how much did you take?
what carriers? etc.
definitely too much, plus what type of DNP are you using?
if it is crystal the effect onset is very fast and dehydration from it may have played a role.

ALOE is an organic carrier- the mucopolysacchrides have been shown to be excellent transdermal carriers. Slower uptake and release
However, greater uptake and penetration with the addition of menthol/menthol products. Faster initial uptake and release, greater overall release with this combination.

I'm pretty sure that I applied to much yohi. to my midsection. I filled the little miniature size spoon to the top and mixed it up with some Aloe, about the size of two quarters, I noticed some yohi. on my fingers so I mixed that in to. No telling how much that was!
Well Im using 600mgs of the powdered DNP for right now and have some of the crystalized kind, for future use!
