Yohimbine and L Tyrosine

Hey! Just need some sound advice just got a hold of some Yohimbine (capsules, gel) and L Tyrosine, need to know dosing cycles and exactly how to take them...can I take them with an EC stack or should I take them by themselves?? I am a female by the way..
 
Yohimbe works very well for women, since women have more alpha receptors in their adipose tissue than men do. I would start light though. 10 mg just before going to doing your cardio. Stack with ec, but start the ephedra dose very low and make sure you will be ok. Yohimbe can interfere with the breakdown of NE, which of course rises with the use of ephedra. Just make sure your levels don't get too high. If you get too shaky or start getting dizzy that is probably a good sign. I use both together when cutting. I go up to 30 mg of yohimbe just before doing cardio, however I probably weigh a bit more than you.

You are absoloutely a life saver, thanx again for your help. I do have some more questions though, ths Yohimbine I purchased says it is 250 mg and it is in a gel cap, also the L Tyrosine is 500 mg and also in a gel cap. It took me 2 months to find the stuff, so how should I go about the dosing?? Also the ephedrine I have is 25mg, could you list how I should dose these?? I really don't want to harm myself in any way by taking improper amounts of this stuff...and how quick do you see results??
 
You got an extract, not a pharmacutial grade yohimbe. You need to find the mg of standardized extract for the stuff you have. Should be on the label. You can use more w/o problems since it isn't yohimbe hcl, might start at 15-20 mg. Tyrosine isn't a problem, I don't believe you can get a toxic dose. Yohimbe only helps release more fatty acids to burn for fuel while training. So it is only going to make a small difference. Still every little bit helps. As far as feeling the results. You should feel different within 30 minutes of taking it. Have you tried to get any yohimbe hcl? I'm not certain of the regulations in Canada. You might want to ask around. Someone has to know on the board.
 
As far as tyrosine, the studies have been done on 3 grams. That means 6 gel caps a day. You're supply is going to run out fast I suspect. I've never used it personally, so can't attest to its effectiveness.
 
and its Yohimbine HCL, not yohimbe hcl... the ladder doesn't exist... yohimbe is the plant, yohombine are the alkoids, and yohimbine HCL is a certain alkoid: Yohimbine hydrochloricacid.

anabolicfitness.net/shop has the yohimbine hcl in caps... beyond-a-century.com has l-tyrosine powder...
 
I stand corrected, you're right about the spelling. Was typing after 1:00 am.
 
Ok I am really confused, so the stuff I got is not the right stuff? Is that what I am understanding?? All the stuff says on the label is Yohimbe bark 250mg, that is all it lists....should I take one to begin with along with one of the L Tyrosine caps and an EC stack??? Please help, wanted to start this cycle today....

Sorry to say this, but you bought the wrong stuff. Yohimbine HCl is what you want, not the herbal extract of Yohimbe bark. The side effects tend to be more rampant with herbals, and the dose is more difficult to predict.

As for the Tyrosine, take it as far away from meals as possble, or it may compete for uptake with whatever animo acids in the proteins you just ate. At least half an hour before, or three hours after a meal. I take anywhere from 1-2 grams at once, two or three times a day. Also, it can exacerbate anxiety disorders and insomnia, if you're prone to them. Taking 500 milligrams of choline and inositol cuts down on the anxiety.
 
So the Yohimbe bark is useless? Or could I still try it? Thanks for the info Ceebs, I just cannot seem to find the Yohimbine HCL, will the L Tyrosine work for me? And what exactly does it target? Should I use it with an EC stack?? Your help is greatly appreciated...Any suggestions on what to do with the Yohimbe anyone????
