yogurt instead of dextrose post workout??

Just wondering if adding a cup of yogurt to my post workout shake will work in place of dextrose. Each container has 60g carbs, 40 of which are sugars.
 
Yogurt will have a lower GI than dextrose because of the milk in it. I would reccomend using dextrose, but if yogurt is all you have I don't think it will hurt your progress. Your overall program is more important than your post-workout meal. That being said, I would try to get some dextrose/ maltodextrin. You might as well take the best advantage of the post workout window. Holla!
