yo, hearing noises..... chris hop on this

So chris, i heard this weird beeping noise in my room and got my roommate and he heard it to. figured it could be anything but i kept moving around. i get the buzzing from my ears because ive been listening to music WAY too loud my entire life. heard a weird choppy sound today a few times. do you think it could be tinnitis?

i do have very bad seasonal allergies....

Oh, and you can have problems with your ears if you're having sinus problems.

Everyone's got something, dear.

Here, this should make you laugh about me:

I follow a spiritual path that requires everyone to act as a priest or priestess, address the people who are attending ritual on behalf of the god/dess, etc.

I have a major, major fear of public speaking. Virtually a phobia.

I have an important role in the next ritual coming up, which is celebration of midsummer. I've been sweating bullets over it for nearly a week now and still have NO idea what I'm going to say.

lol, i dont judge people on there religion. i admire you for believing and sticking with something.

as far as public speaking. i can do it, but my dad is a great speaker so i grew up around him doing it.

it is one of the most common fears among people though.

as far as your speech goes, have a basis for what you are going to say, but just wing it and have it come from your heart.

Actually that's what my husband says, that I speak well, he has no idea I'm quaking inside and I'm speaking from my heart. It isn't the first time I've done this but it makes me a nervous wreck every time I have to do it. I just don't want to disappoint anyone, the people attending, or the Divine.

I actually usually prescript, go over it a few times and then pretty much wing it. This is the first time that it's our ritual, as opposed to one the high priestess wrote. It's intimidating ...
