military press 4x5(95, 115, 135, 145 only got 3 with 145, try again next week)
farmer's walk 90lb dbells for 55 steps and then 40 steps
situps 2x10
I planned to do some curls but I dont think I could have.After the squats I felt drunk for the rest of the workout. When I got into the locker room I felt like I had run a 5k. Wore out.
