Well, I can say honestly that YES is having an effect on my chest fat. And if I didn't notice anything I would say something also regardless of who has clout on here or not. But overall, I can tell something is up. I'm sure my cocktail of Stacker2/Lev/Ses/Aifm/Fish Oil and Diet is the main reason for fat loss, but specifically I noticed a change in the chest composition. I thouhgt I was seeing things and was doing double takes yesterday, but something is happening. And I don't do much chest work as of now. I'm basically jumping rope and hitting the heavy bag for an hour and fifteen min 4-6 days/week. I'll keep up with the posts.

Another update for the AF chemists. I was talking to my sister-in-law the other day and she commented on my weight loss. She particularly noted "I can see it especially in your face. It's getting tight" I've been rubbing a couple of squirts of YES on my face everyday. Cha-ching! It's a good sign when person who doesnt know about YES comments on the difference it's made.
