Hey everyone, ive been lurking on these boards for quite a few years now and finally joined. Sorry about this being my first post, but i figured some of you have the knowledge to help me out.
I'm Deciding on my first cycle to start off with, i want to gain around 20 lbs or more, and stay semi lean. I have taken pro-hormones before, and now i'm ready for the real thing. I'm extremely disciplined for my age i think when it comes to the bodybuilding lifestyle. Here are some stats
Age 21
Height 5'8 ish
Weight 180
Workout experience - 6 years
Body Fat around 9%
Bi's 16.75 in cold/Flexed over 17 when i work them out
Neck 17 in
Quads around 24 in
Chest About 44 In
Waist 31 In
Calves 14 in
Im decently strong for my weight.
315 bench max
300 Squat max
120 lbs barbell curl max
I cant rep those weights that much maybe a couple of reps.
My Diet is on key most of the year, thats why my body fat hovers between 8-10% all year round. I lift 6 days a week, do cardio 3 or 4 days a week for 15-20 minutes.
I already have pct on hand with Nolvadex, Clomid, and Toremafine
My source can get me whatever i want. Heres what i was thinking...
Text Cyp @ 400-500 MG weeks 1-12
EQ @ 250 MG weeks 1-12
Winstrol @ 50 Mg weeks 6-12
This may be a horrible stack, honestly im not sure. Ive seen hundreds of different stacks, and can't decide exactly what i want. I just don't want to get bloated, or my face to get too puffy. Let me know and critique me guys!
