I am planning out my first cycle. After reading NM's book, I'm in a quandary. Should I do a 10 week cycle of test E/250 per week or do a 4 week cycle to keep more of the gains.
That's why I'm wondering, how many pounds do you gain and lose off of a test cycle.
Another concern is that it's summer time, so I would rather avoid the bloat with test. You guys think I should just do var for 6 weeks/50mg a day for the summer, and then start a test cycle in the winter? Or just man up and do test for the first cycle even though it's summer?
