This will be simple.

dbol 30mg/day weeks 1-3
sust 500mg week weeks 1-52
eq 500mg/week weeks 1-52
breaking it down into 4 even quarters, the second half of each quarter will add the following:

tren e 400mg/week
winny 50mg/ed

Masteron e at 400-600mg/week starting about 2 months or so into the cycle.

I will include hcg, aromasin, nolvadex, letrozole, and formastanzol as needed.

I don’t have much experience with AAS yet so I can’t comment on your cycle, but that’s gonna be hella expensive lol anyhow good luck bro!
 
Personally I would drop the mast. Other than that pretty good cycle, just make sure you make the best of it.
 
Can someone recover from a year cycle? I feel like at that point you just put yourself on a neverending cycle of HRT lol
 
shouldnt you lower the dosages for periods of time to let lipids and other things stabilize and then go back up.

i guess thats called blast and cruise.
 
Well as for expense it is not very expensive. From the standpoint of HRT essentially it would be HRT, just at higher doses. I did a blast and cruise where blast was what I listed above and cruise was half that. At 46, I'm not so worried about jacking with my natural levels. As long as you use proper oct/pct should be fine.

Curious, why would you drop the mast? I rather enjoy it.
 
That is down right crazy! to say the least, and at your age, you're begging for health problems....Anyway,your receptors will be shot after 6 months, so I doubt it will do you much good. If you have too, run the cycle 6 months, then just cruise a lower mg of Test the rest of the year.....
 
I am not sure about lowering the doses. If I find that something is amiss, then most certainly I would lower the doses for a time, but my point for now is a 12 month cycle.
 
Good Luck Chesty and keep the masterdon i enjoy it too! The longest i've gone is 8 months on one cycle, but oh! it was fun.

get some bloodwork done every once in a while to keep an eye on the important stuff.. might need to give blood once or twice to help level things out.

Yes, going to use hcg! I like the stuff.

I will be posting progress pics. Hopefully I can take some this weekend and up load. These will be 8 weeks after my elbow surgery and 2 weeks after getting cleared to hit the gym again and with no juice in system for about 2 months.

hgh is good, but it is over rated in my opinion. I will be adding in hgh during this cycle. Really, the cost is nothing. I originally had this planned for a 16 week cycle, but when I looked at it, I decided to give it a go for a year at much lower dosages than what I had planned for the 16 week cycle. I have done some crazy cycles before, just not as long and what I have found is that my health has not been affected. My first cycle was like 1998. It is really about how you take care of yourself, your diet, etc. and getting regular check ups and blood work done when you partake of crazy cycles, either length or amounts your taking and types of juice over that 16 week cycle.

Interesting is that every time I cycle off, my blood pressure goes from normal like 130 over 85 to 100-110 over 75. My heart rate is great, and the best part is my dick never stops working!

I am not a pro, wanted to be one day, but what those people do to become pro is beyond insane. I started down that path, got up to 254 pounds at 5'10, but it was too much, I mean all I did was eat, lift, sleep. It was crazy, I couldn't walk 20 feet without my lower back cramping up big time. It sucked really! I have no idea how people like Gary Strydom, Ronny Coleman, etc do it. Plus all the post body building day pics shows most of these dudes as fat, saggy and not so happy looking or in shape.

So, I have decided to get to 195 or so at 4% body fat and maintain that going forward. I am at 204 right now and I feel so much better, more energy, stamina, etc, than even at 238 pounds (which is where I was last August. I was just a washed up fat body builder) No more!
 
Hey bro im 47 too and as off 3 months ago i realized i became that fat washed up body buiilder:( Im back at it just started a twenty week cycle 750 test e an 800 deca, and some creatine to build quick strength. I think my deca is under dosed:(. Ive put on about 10 lbs of water in a week from the test and creatine. Gonna start proviron at 50 mg day (dry's me right up:) I feel you about the lower back and my feet hurt too being this heavy. What kind of a workout regime do you have?
 
At 47 I'm guessing he's going on HRT. Coming off for very long after a cycle like that at 47 would probably be brutal
 
yeah I hope you guys realize chesty is very experienced and at his age he can afford to do a 'cycle' like this.

you guys in your 20's and 30's should stick with 10 week cycles 2X per year and monitor your HPTA closely with bloods if you want to avoid HRT. you can mantain a very healthy lifestyle and look GOOD year round doing this. yeah you will never be on stage, but really likes chesty said that is a whole other can of worms.

with the natty supps out there today available from our great sponsors on here that do NOT suppress you, when you are off cycle you can still mantain and even make gains so take advantage of them.

Are you going to come off after cycle or just lower to HRT doses?

Just wondering. I know you've been cycling for a while

I'm planning on comming off as i always do ,the interesting thing is this time i have "Bridge" I always wanted to use it so all of this will be touch and go ,after the Bridge runs out,its then Forma Stanazol with several bottles of HCGenerate.
 
Good stuff bro. How long do you usually take off between cycles?

usually my last cycle for the year ends in oct, and goes thru Feb. This one will end the last day of Dec.

I came off this time and while my energy and such remained high, my fat levels started to creep up without any appreciable gain in weight and lost some size, but that is probably from not being able to work upper body for 6 weeks due to my elbow surgery.

Thats probably the case ,Chesty are you planning on running any peptides in this one????



I've added Ipamorelin, IGF lr3, and HGH to mine just to see what kind of results i can achieve,and try to break this plateau i'm stuck at. My current pic is in my profile and i really want to break thru that!
 
I was planning on either the peptides or straight up gh starting this fall once I get settled in at my new job and location. What's the plateau you are stuck at? I mean if I had your body fat levels I would be stoked. My platau is the love handles and the fat on my lower back. It is horrible and just won't go. I'm hoping the year long cycle, diet and adding in the peptides or gh will finally do away with it. If it wasn't for that I would be pretty much gtg. Weird thing is too, I need 32 inch waist jeans. I am wearing 34's and I can take them off without unbuttoning them. That's why the back fat is so problematic and disgusting. It makes what otherwise would be a good physique and makes it ugly.

Let me know how it goes! That is exactly what I am doing as well. I am going to get rid of the fat one way or the other.
