Finally! After not lifting for 2.5 months, maybe a little more, I got back to doing deads yesterday. Did sumodeads because I had never tried them before, always did regular deads. Anyways, started with 145x8 for warmup. Did 225x8, 315x5 for two sets, then dropped down to 295x8 for two sets. Felt damn good, seeing as how the reason I didnt lift for so long was a back injury from work. Just cant wait til sunday to do em again.
