Hey guys. You know the drill. First cycle, let me know if i'll die, hehe.

Week 1-12: Test E 500mg ew
Week 1-12: Proviron 25mg ed
Week 3-11: HCG 250iu e3d

PCT:
As Needed: Nova 20mg ed
Week 14-18: Testosterone Recovery Stack

Age 29. Lifting for about 2 years. Don't want to give you my bf% it's friggin horrible. I'll start the cycle at 15% bf.
Little unsure about this cycle, might have some redundancies. Also, could you suggest some stuff for the liver?

Looks good my man.. Im a fan of 500mg ew for first runs. I have just seen way to many of my boys not satisfied with 250mg. Looks like you did your homework. Good job.

5' 10". Diet is shit, that's the next thing I research. Not giving out my BF%, trust me when I say F-A-T-A-S-S! Hehe. Shooting for 15% in july.

This is my current routine, switching to 12 rep routine soon.

Day one:
Dumbell chest press - 50lbs 4/10
Chest press machine - 110 4/8
Incline machine - 60 4/8
Overhead dumbell tri - 30 4/8
cable tri press 80 4/8
tri extention machine 40 4/8
cardio 40mins

Day two:
EZ curls - 50 4/8
Cable curls - 90 4/8
machine curls - 40 4/8
umm...weird row maching - 135 4/8
cable row - 100 4/8
cable lat pull - 80 4/8
cardio 40 mins


Day three:
forward shoulder raise - 15 4/8
side shoulder raise - 15 4/8rear shoulder - 5 4/8
traps - 100 4/8
forearm dumbell curls(yoyo's) - 60 4/8
top forearms - 30 4/8
forearm barbell curls - 80 4/8
cardio 40 mins

Every week:
I made up this weird thing where I do the same excercise every day 3 times a day for a week. Seems like overkill, but it's been working REALLY well.

(I know, this all belongs in the weightlifting forum)

I'll take advice, make me the best!
 
Not a bad looking cycle...I like the HCG the last 10 days of a cycle at 500iu, But a lot of guys run it the way you described.

You need to make sure your diet is in check before you start any cycle. Steroids aren't magic...You need to eat right, train right.
 
Sounds good! good to see somebody who knows what "read" means. Just make sure to have your diet checked and your exercise routine so you can keep your gains and keep up with the progress after cycle. Remember this is a lifestyle; is not "a diet while on cycle" or a "routine while on cycle"; is forever.
 
Oh and for liver protection data suggest these are the best:

rALA
n-acetyl-cystiene
acteyl-l-carnitine

Also ensure you drink lots and LOTS of water.

Liv52 is another liver protectant and is milk thistle.
I would have liked to see more years of training tho.
As for your routine. Do back before bicepts. The reason; look at your back.... now look at your bicept.. enough said! ;)
Sounds like your starting next july. that's 8 months away. That's long time and enough time to get your diet and bf in check. Good luck!!
 
I ran 300mg test for my first cycle and got great results. 500 is fine but you will definately grow off of 300 with good diet and training with fewer sides. Definately get your bodyfat down or you will be dissapointed.
