X-RAY OF BILATERAL SHOULDERS AND BILATERAL CLAVICLES:

Multiple views of both shoulders and both clavicles were obtained.

There is a widened appearance of the right acromioclavicular distance measuring up to 1.7 cm in width and consistent with AC separation.

There is no evidence of fracture. There is no evidence of bone destruction or erosion. Otherwise, Joint spaces are well maintained. -No soft tissue abnormalities are
identified. IMPRESSION:

1. ASYMMETRIC WIDENED APPEARANCE OF THE RIGHT ACROMIOCLAVICULAR DISTANCE CONSISTENT WITH AC SEPARATION.

2. NO EVIDENCE OF FRACTURE.

The MRI came back saying this:

MRI OF THE RIGHT SHOULDER:

Multisequence, multiplanar MR examination of the right shoulder was obtained.

T'.-ere are artifacts overlying the soft tissues of the upper shoulder most likely related to patient's history of prior surgery consisting of distal clavicle excision per the patient.

There is no evidence of rotator cuff tendon tear. The longhead of the biceps tendon and the glenoid labrum appears grossly intact.

There is normal signal seen within the bony structures. There is no evidence of fracture or dislocation. No significant bursal or joint effusion is identified.

IMPRESSION:

1. ARTIFACTS OVERLYING THE SOFT TISSUES OF THE UPPER SHOULDER MOST LIKELY RELATED TO PATIENT'S HISTORY OF PRIOR SURGERY.

2. NO EVIDENCE OF ROTATOR CUFF TENDON TEAR.
