XL Cheese Pizza with Extra Cheese

Damn that sounds good right now!!

Gettin damn tired of dieting down. But I'm almost back to where I need to be so I gotta stay tuff!

But chicken and veggies and tuna is getting OLD!!!

I would do a cheat meal, but I know damn well that will totally derail me.

Anyone else in the same boat??

there's only so many ways to choke down tunafish. I could go with a different protien source like lobster or crab but that gets a bit spendy....and then of course you have to soak it in butter and lemon which kinda defeats the whole reason for eating it.

Okay let me tell you something. Chicken and veggies sound amazing to me. Why? Cause I live in a dorm with nothing but a damn microwave. All of my protein is tuna, cottage cheese and powder. I can't eat wholesome foods. There are a few things I am able to eat that are healthy and I eat them every day.
 
I diet mon-friday afternoon. friday night through sunday I eat whatever the hell I want. I manage to get in good shape that way.

bro i hear ya fuck chicken...... i went to sam's and got a whole filet mignon for like $80 got a shit load of 8oz steaks out of it. put some montreal steak seasoning on it and grill it with steamed broccoli. it is the shit. helps to change it up a bit.... but cheese pizza sound fuckin awesome too...

I do like to change it up with stuff like that usually but I'm trying to save as much $$$$$ as possible right now since I'm moving back to Colorado this fall.
 
A single cheat meal isn't necessarily a bad thing and can sometimes be beneficial. It can restore leptin levils, keep you sane, kick-start the metabolism, and provide extra motivation for the following week.

Just dont' make it a cheat day. I'm still undoing Saturday's damage today (damn cheat days).

never had a problem with it. Ive put alot worse shit in my body than that.

Large cheese pizza with onions,murshrooms and green peppers!!!
 
I find dieting works better for me when I do one 'cheat day' at the end of the week...it keeps the metabolism from slowing down.
 
why tuna? beef all the way for me.

And btw YES im craving pizza. but the clean carb up tomorrow will have to do..mmmm snack a jacks ftw lol.
