Hey there,
okay I just started taking Xenadrine. this is my first day using it. So I'll tell ya what happens if you care to know. I will be your guinea pig LOL. I dont have that much fat to lose, but I just wana get a little more ripped for summer. I already do cardio a lot and weights......

start slow, one a day until you get used to it. then go up.
Even though the bottle says up to four a day, you can take 6 a day if you can go to sleep on the stuff. drink extra water and think about a vitamin. stay on it for about 12 weeks more or less.

Hey there, I only took 3 today, no tinterested in upping the dosage anytime soon. Why use it for 12 weeks? How much will I lose? I was just hoping to do this for only about 6. I already do drink a lot of water and take a multi vitamin daily.
