I have been searching for info on bodybuilders from the past and their diet and training methods. I have a few books that have good old timers training in there but not many.
I have regparks 5-6 dsy split as well as Steve Reeves 3 day split. I also have Don Ross workout and Chuck Sipes. But what about their diet?
