Hello People,
I'm new on this site and am interested in learning about fitness for people with physical limitations and/or handicaps. I am 54 years old and used to work out and am looking to get back into shape slowly and safely.
I use the name WW2guy because watching old World War II films is on of my favorite pastimes. I also like science and other history. In the future I hope to get advice concerning health issues and plan to research quite a bit for myself and will be willing to share what I learn as I learn it. I do have some college education and I am also a member of Phi Theta Kappa since May of 2010. I hope to keep everyone's interest in the future as I look to make a credible name for myself.
