okay i've started doing super set like 30 sets of 10 to 15 reps at a middle weight so like i do like 180 typicaly for those 30 sets on the bench and i do the ez bar at like 70 or 80 for those 30 sets i do eiether with lil or no rest like less then 30 seconds typical then i intake a bunch or protein befor and after glutamine andro poppers and a few other things how much rest should i put in between days like i been going crazy like

day 1 chest abs
day 2 arms
day 3 rest or if i feel good i just do chest then repat that cycle

the main question i have tho is how important is rest cause i've read mad books and the older s guy like schwarzenneggger and all worked out every day and hard every day but these days every 1 seems to be bout rest and the day off so how important is rest i mean i'll admit some times i'm just tired when i wake up after worken out the day befor and i force my self to lift i just do liter weights tho but still high reps if i'm tired and if i feel good i go heavy with high reps but like is rest really that impoartant i mean that day off gets anoyen and it makes me feel weak and small and if i knew it was cool i would do chest and arms every day so if any 1 can drop me a few oppions or suggestions

I am not sure exactly what you goals are but if you are trying to put on mass.

1)workout 3-4 days a week with 1 day of rest inbetween
2)keep workouts under 1 hour
3)do chest 1x a week
arms one day (with shoulders)
back one day
legs one day
4)i do about 3 sets with 10-12 reps of everything, I also like supersets and pre-exhuast workouts (for example doing a set of flat bench flies then instantly do a set of flat bench press.)
5)some major exercises you want to do for growth are squats, deadlifts, rows, and pullovers?

These are some of my opinions and I am by no means an expert but they have helped me.

" typicaly for those 30 sets on the bench "

You've got to be shitting me. 30 sets of bench?? Can you spell OVERTRAINING?

Don't follow anything you read about Arnold.

There is a high volume training that seems to work for, for me at least: German Volume Training, but it calls for 10 sets of 10 using 1 exercise and addtional 3 sets of another, but it's still a far cry from 30 sets on the bench....

Mind you I have done 30 sets too, in the early days and it ACTUALLY WORKED for some time because i was weak and couldn't really do enough damage yet , but as i got stronger i really needed to watch my recovery system more....

And since I don't have Dbol nor M&Ms I stick to medium volume

I think 4-5 days between hitting a muscle again is ok
