How does everyone keep up supplements and all the goodies as well as the food that is needed? For the first time in an about 2 years i ran out of f"kin vitamins - protein powder and haven't been able to go food shopping (the way i need to at least) for the past two weeks. Next week or so i'll finally be able to get everything i need to feel 100% but does anyone else go through periods where u just don't have the $fuel$ to keep up especially you big guys that prolly consume twice as me? Do you just lay off until you have the basic essentials or do you keep on grinding?
