Bro you're not alone. I'm in the same wagon. The difference, since nobody told me WTF I have in my heart, I did my own research. I mean, they told me what I have but nothing else. In your case, go to a cardiologist and take all the necessary exams that will lead the doc to a final diagnosis.
According to what you say, could be very similar to my experience. Mine started around 3 years ago. I was at work, in my desk and felt like a weird skip in my chest. I was like wtf? Then again, and again and again...put my fingers in my pulse and discovered these skipped beats. The heart beats 2 or 3, then skip one; then beats 2 or 3 again, skip another one and so on. I was freakin out!! I thougt I was going to die seriously. Went home, and passed after a couple of hours. After that day everything was normal. Then like 6 months later, another big arythmia attack. The same thing while having dinner. Pretty scary. My hands were sweating cold, I got anxious, felt very very bad. I had that death sensation but was like a torture...because you don't know if you are goin to die or not and being in that situation really kills your brain. That time lasted all night long and passed the next day. After that I went to the doc. He gave me a reference to the cardiologist. I had a holter (24hrs), ECG, echocardiogram. The only problem was that during all these exams I didn' have any skipped beat, so of course the doc said everything was normal. They told me the cause of these irregular heart beats could be stress, use of stimulants like drugs, caffeine, lack of sleep, alcohol, etc. I was happy that at least all the exams were normal. AFter that, there was a long time I didn't have any skipped beat. Then like 6 months later, I woke up in the morning with one of these attacks again. This time I said, fuck! I'm going to the doc right now to have an ECG done and have that shit on paper to know wtf it is. The doc was traveling. So I went to ER. When is something related to heart they put you first on the list. The paramedic asked me what is wrong and I said "take my pulse". He started feeling my pulse and after 5 seconds looked at me like saying "what a fuck is this" without those words coming out of his mouth, I replied "yes, that's the reason why I'm here" I knew what he was thinking. I told him immediately "I need blood pressure checked, beats per minute are ok, and I need an ECG immediately to register those beats" He did what I said (lmao) and told me wait here, the doc is coming immediately to take the ECG. The doc did his job. While having the ECG I was concentrating to have as much as skipped beats to have them registered in the paper. Doc came back, with the ECG and told me "don't worry, you are completely normal". He told me from what the ECG said that day, I have PVC (Premature Ventricular Contractions) It's nothing related to the phisiology of the heart. It's an electrical problem caused by other agents such as stimulants, stress, drugs. He told me even coca-cola could be causing me this. He told me millions of people have this condition. Some of them so smooth they don't notice they have skipped beats. He told me to try not consuming any kind of stimulant for some time. No caffeine at all (not even sunkist), no cocoa (chocolate) no drugs, no stimulant herbs, eat well, sleep well and see how I respond. The doc was very nice. It was an old guy and talked to me during a long time trying to relax me. He gave me a lot of advices. He told me meds and procedures are not necessary for this since is not dangerous for the heart or life-threatning. Sometimes meds or procedures could be worse. He told me I can live with this and have a normal life. So I started my own research on PVC and he was right. They are something "normal" I don't have any risk having them, I can live with them. After that day, I haven't had any of those attacks again. (that was like 14 months ago) Instead, I have skipped beats sometimes in the day. It doesn't care what I'm doing. He skip one beat and that's it. There's a discussion forum related to PVC.

It's pretty nice, because people share their experiences there as well new techniques to live with this everyday.
Now the million dollar question is. What happens between PVC and AAS?? I still don't know. What I know is that dbol at normal doses gives me very strong skipped beats. Nothing extremely dangerous but some nasty side. I'm trying to find that out.
Also, I'll be going soon to a new doc to have new exams done and have a second opinion. Just to be safe.
There's a procedure to fix this problem. The try to reproduce the arythmia in a laboratory and they see where's the exact point where the electric impulse is skipped. Then they introduce a cateter by your leg up to the heart and they proceed to burn that point of the heart. Supposedly, the skip in the electrical system stop forever. Since this procedure is pretty new, it has some risks. For example, if they burn more than it's necessary, you could wear a pacemaker for the rest of your life. So the risk is high. The procedure is worthless.
I've read taurine helps you a lot with heart rythm. I haven't tried it yet.
Good luck and have that checked. You need to determine first what you have in order to know what procedure you can follow.
