For everybody who knows me
I started gym 1 month ago
cardio 3-5 times a week
Started eating right
Iv lost 20 pounds so far doing nothing but gym/eat/sleep
I got no more acne No more double chin
I have lost alot of stretch mark's
I weigh 200 pounds
im 17
think im "6" maybe abit shorter
