mine first were on my quads .... soccer and a hockey player so i had strong legs...then i started squating and well u know if u do those insnely enough ue legs are gunna explode...
the ones im concerned about are the ones from under my armpit. i use one capsule per shoulder
so far i think its working better then coco butter... but i wil prolly just use them both
tanning just helps it blend in more but v e is the shit. My dad is a manager and a truckin company and the had a container full of it pure, He got 100oz of it and told me to put it on strech marks..wow
