i was always stubborn about resting. i took a week off from lifting and let everythign heal up and whao what difference!! i had the sickest chest pumps i havent had in a while. felt like i was on roids. all im saying is that rest is keyyy. im on a low cal diet now , so i looked ripped too.

I worked out 6 days a week, some would call this overtraining but if, I took off a week, I would lose power.
