So it has been a few days since my injection in my back, so I figure it's about time to start some light activity. I know, I'll go for a nice walk around the neighborhood - it's really nice out. So, there I go - tank top, shorts, ipod and a smile. Sun is shining and it's about 70. WHy not go walking in the streets behind me that I have never been to? Yeah, good idea!

About 30, 40 minutes into this great escape, I realize that I don't really know where I am. No biggy, I am confident that I know which general direction I need to go to get home (i.e. "that way"). After about 15 minutes of walking towards the main street I passed 20 minutes before that, I start to worry. Then comes the lightning. Then the thunder. Then the TORRENTIAL downpooring. Next thing ya know, it's been 2 hours and I am on a street in a neighborhood I have never even heard of, I am BEYOND soaked and somehow I managed to get a decently large gash on my ankle that is gushing blood. AWESOME!

The deal hasnt been finalized, but they said it will be soon...they are just waiting up on prodigy to finish up his shit because Havoc has already agreed. Lloyd Banks is the best lyricist in G-Unit anyways. Fifty couldn't sound more juvenile and Young Buck is too confused between his Southern heritage and NY sound. Mobb Deep had a few (and I do mean few) hits back in the day, but their beats and vocals are just too drab for G-Unit. Oh, and I couldn't agree more on E. He's a joke to me now..a far cry from the extremely talented rapper from his first album.

For real man. Em's second album was my favourite...now he's just lost it. But yeah, Mobb deep will get there platinum status now if thats what they want...hell, they may even go diamond if the world loves them as much as I do. But their music is too dark and grimey to be as commerical as g-unit...fuck, just think of how many more times you are gonna hear g-unit shoutouts on music tracks now...absolute bullshit...

I think its amazing how much a label can affect an artists/groups quality of sound. Fuck 50.

no. I felt geigh as it was "walking". I live in CT, in a city but not exactly NYC. been here since December, but just don't know the area that well. plus I naturally have a horrid sense of direction.
