I just got back from shopping to help my mom out since she has to work so much, (that's right you fuckers I went shopping at 930pm on a Sunday, bulking starts tomorrow!!) she only wanted me to get my stuff and a few general things, the fucking total was 178 bucks with preferred customer card that saved a whopping 5%.

I was really surprised, things I bought include:

4 packs chicken breast, 3 packs steak, 5 large lowfat cottage cheese, 2 whole milk, 1 no sugar added ice cream, 2 packs tortilla shells, 1 large box rice, 2 boxes potato flakes, 1 large canister natural honey, Bananna Nut cereal (250 cals per 1/2 cup, minimum sugar!) and some other things including spices, toppings etc etc.... anyway point is people shouldnt bitch about gas prices, food prices are outrageous....but I guess not everyonee in America is purposely eating 7000 calories per day.... I can already feel my stomach cringing in fear...

how many weeks worth of groceries is that for you?

1 ... bulking time baby. Jenn, it came to 178, you are really close though because I didnt include some things like deoderant, retinol cream, a gigantic cucumber, vaseline, etc...

I have a $100+ grocery bill every 4-6 weeks when I buy cheat food, carby stuff, and general stuff like flour, etc. Otherwise I go in and spend about $30 a week on meat, milk, and veggies. It's $25 every 2.5 weeks for ferret food too.

No shit groceries are expensive. Why do you think there are so many fat people around, it costs a lot of money to eat healthy. It's not the norm unfortunatly.

My bill is about 125 a week, that is including supps.
My dogs food and treats run about 75 a month too.

Healthy food is cheaper than snacks and shit that fatasses eat.....

That's true to a large extent, but boneless skinless chicken breasts, salmon filets, and lean cuts of beef can rack up quite a grocery bill.

Agreed-- cheaper to buy chips, hot dogs, hamburger helper, and mountain dew.

...or cat food, puppy chew toys and pork rinds

when I was trying to gain mass heavily and didn't have as much work stress I was paying $80-120 a week for myself for just groceries and about $200 a month for supplements (although that isn't every month). not to mention gear.

now I'm too busy being at work all the time and too stressed to eat right, so my grocery bill dropped to below $40 a week and zero supplements or gear. and I'm a skinny bastard now.

oh well, at least I get paid, and when I start up fully working out again it will come back quickly.

ugh... want sleep.
and cheeseburgers
