Wow... 6 months later

and I get a call from a company that I'd went on an interview with. I turned the job down due to it going thru a temp company and not having the benifits that I needed.

Well, call early this morning asking if I was still interested. I have gone on interviews in the last 6 months... non which struck me as over appealing, and worth taking a plunge.

I felt my head begin to get bigger and bigger as he told me that I made a great presentation and that my resume was amazing, therefore not in his contract with the 3rd party temp service, he wanted to contact me to see if I would still like to come in and discuss go to work for his company.

However, he wants to put me in sales. I have both sales experience and technical experience and said I'd be great for the position. I will go and meet with him on tuesday and discuss the particular's of the job.

yup. I know a few hotty IT management consultants who didnt know their ass from their elbow, but switched to IT sales and did very well.

also, I understand that frankfurter stands with girls behind the counter do better than stands with a fat guy behind the counter.

I've bee offered numberous sales positions in the last few years but turned them down. Excellent pay though... so Its now an option for me to explore.
