If you lost both your arms?
If you lost both your legs?
If you lost your arms and legs?
Where would you draw the line?
Do you think you could ever adapt to being a quadruple amputee?
 
I would have to have a lot to live for, to put up with that.

At present I don't.
 
hard question. i severely broke my ankle and believe me the loss of range of motion along with constant pain sometimes severe is bad enough. at leased i can still walk, just not far and i cant run unless absolutely necessary. its almost as if i lost the use of my leg. but too lose all limbs you would be at the mercy of anyone around you. i hate not having control over a situation where i have to defend myself.
 
Nope....I'd hope one of my good friends would have the decency to put me out of my misery at that point, since I'd be incapable.
 
who knows? some peeps have it all and hate their lives, others are happy no matter what.

I'd probly roll with it for a couple years until it dawned on me i that i wasn't ever gonna get a girl again. At that point i'd either find a cause i cared enough about to devote my life to and ignore the misery, or i'd off myself

I have a pact with a good buddy lol complete with codewords if in case we cant communicate in private. sort of the opposite of a safe word in S&M play lol

Even if you could get a girl she'd just get prego, end up leaving you and taking what little money you had left to support the guys child she got prego with...

Since I would have to give up everything I like to do then no I wouldn't want to live if I became a multiple amputee.

Hell yeah I would want to live - I still have both my heads working. Smaller one being the more important one that would need a lot of attention at that point.

i have meningitis. and i feel like shit right now. i just hate seeing healthy folks talking like that. it's hard enough convincing people with mental & physical difficiencies that life is worth living.....
 
on the surface i may seem thoughtful and in possession a certain depth of character. . .in actuality i'm pretty shallow. . .like everyone else. . .so. . .no. . .
