Lol... I've let her do absolutely everything she wants in the entire 7 months we've been together except go to a male strip club. This desire to go to a male strip club is coming from the same girl who got pissed off at me because another girl called me to ask for help on her homework. She threw a fit that day, yet claims that she'd have no problem if I wanted to go to a strip club.

Perhaps there is a reason I don't want her in that environment? There sure is, dread_lady, because it's an act of disrespect towards me. Why does she need to go watch men strip? It would be just as wrong for me to go to a female strip joint while in a relationship. Why do I need to see women strip 2 feet away from me if I have a girlfriend?

No do not let her go, Period end. She is obviously a person of weak character and extremly insecure. I say weak character due to the easy way she get's influenced by her Friends. Insecure because of the fit she threw when the other girl called for help with her homework. She does not seem to have a good combination of mental stabilities to be in a relationship. I don't see how you can associate going out on a date with someone and having fun at a strip club. You're usually pretty logical but I'm not sure how you make a connection.

The other option is letting her go out to a nightclub. Oh, but wait. There'll be guys there too. Guess she can't go there either. They may want to talk to her or <gasp>dance with her. Guess she'll have to stay home on her birthday.

But seriously, if you've ever been to a nightclub before you'd rather have your girl go to the strip club. I've seen alot more "disrespectful" activity go on in a nightclub. You can't be with the girl 24/7 and telling her what she can and can't do is going to push you two apart...
