Would You Kick A Sources Ass That Screwed You Over $60 bucks?

I gave this dude $60 upfront to pick me up some product. He never showed that day the next day and now today. He said his guy that went in the dudes house screwed him. I told him that is his problem I want my money or I want my product. That is where it is now.

So probably my next option is to kick his ass if he doesn't deliver. But is kicking someone's ass over $60 worth it? I know there is some principle involved here but he could get a couple punches in and hell those could hurt. Or I could give him some more time. But I don't want to look like a chump either. So what should I do? What would you do?

I would be real firm and give him a time limit. Say "One week or your ass is mine" then walk away. See what happens after that.

I woudlnt break his nose over 60. Just give him time and be firm, if you dont get it fuck it. If you get physical and he runs to the cops and they ask whats it over, then they will be suspicous. But i dont think he will run to the cops if he is selling AS. Or he could have never sold AS and just took your money.

It also depends on how much money you make, if i made minium wage i would be VERY pissed. That is like 12 hours of work.

Be careful and think about it first. I was in a situation where another guy punched me and I hit him back. His jaw broke and he went to the hospital. He later tried to sue me and I was questioned by the police but thankfully there were enough witnesses that it was not pursued. $60 is definately not worth a law suit for seriously fucking someone up.

Yeah kick his ass. It doesn't matter if it's $60 or $5 dollars the point is he obviously thinks he can do this to you any time he wants. Besides it doesn't have to be a fair fight when collecting money go to his house go inside with a bat and beat the shit out of him and wreck his fucking house. Seriously I can't stand when a freind will try to take advantage.
