Would appreciate some advice 1st time cycle

I was in the same thought process as you last year and it was a waste like they said...All Deca did was give me a little streingth and limp dick...

wk3, 400mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - , 100 mg Primobolan - methenolone -
wk4, 400mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - , 200 mg Primobolan - methenolone -
wk5 400mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - , 300 mg Primobolan - methenolone -
wk6 200mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - , 200 mg Primobolan - methenolone -
wk7 200mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - , 200 mg Primobolan - methenolone -


Anybody opion on adjusting this cycle or adding would be helpfull. And if I follow this stack what do u guys think I will gain from it?


2 of my first 3 cycles were deca only. The first was run at 200mg/week for 10 weeks and my second at 300mg/week for 10 week. The first cycle I gained 18 pounds on a high calorie diet(no cardio). I was 6'1 190# and went over 205#. Also-I lost probably 5-10 #'s of fat. Im one of the lucky few who never has experienced "limpness" problems. Not mention of the 5 people I know personally that have run deca only cycles-only 2 experienced libido issues and they were running 400mg/week or more. So-limpdick is a concern with deca-but not a guarantee. Of the 18 pounds I put on I kept 8-10 pounds of solid lean muscle. I would definitely lengthen your cycle and if youre going to stack for your first cycle throw test in like the guys said to prevent possible libido issues.

i used to be in the same boat bro. knowledge is ur friend. ur probs burning more cals than ur eating lol. if ur serious about gaining weight ull really have to alter ur work outs. that and diet. u should get those in check for a few months anyway to see wat happens, then reconsider ur options. while doing this, spend ALOT of time researching about gear. ur proposed cycle there needs a bit of work. defs not a good cycle.

bro with those workouts i dont see how that would take 2 hrs. cut out the cardio if you wanna gain or do less cardio(low intenstiy cardio). also if you wanna gain start eating more carbs like potatoes and rice and oatmeal. and primobolan at those doses for that short of time is pretty much a waste.
