Would appreciate some advice 1st time cycle

whats your current training program look like mate? when lifting you should be in and out in an hour. also whats your current diet look like meal by meal? the more we know about your training and eating habbits the more we can help you mate

SUSTANON all the way Bro. You can do wk1-4 w/ 20/30mg dianabol kick and get great results for a first cycle ! I kept around 12lbs off that, gained 20.

Monday is chest and shoulders, I bench 205- 3 sets of 10. Dumbell press 40lbs -3 sets of 10, incline press 145-3 sets of 10, military press 3 sets of 10. downward rows 60lbs... shoulders I use 20lb dumbells reverse fly and fly,a set of 15 dips inbetween reps,

Tuesday is lats and biceps, its the same kinda reps 3 sets of 10. 60lb curls free weight 40 lbs machine, 25lb single dumbell curls. inbetween these sets I do ab workouts leglifts with15lb wieghts chained to my feet ect. then 30 - 40 mins cardio at the end of the workout.

Wensday I hit the abs hard, incline sit ups, crunches, weighted leglifts ect. and at the end of each 2nd set of xercises I do a small chest xcersise,pushups, lite weight lifting ect.

thursday I focus on legs mostly but only for about an hr, then 1 hr of cardio

Friday I hit the chest and arms hard again for 2 hrs going through all the xercises I did on monday and tuesday lifting as much wieght as I can until failure in each set. then abs till failure then 40 mins of cardio.

thats my week at the gym. and no one thinks I would gain anything from deca and primo? I only ask because those 2 are at my disposal. I would have to find a place to get the test every suggest.

My diet consists of 2 True mass protien shakes a day,Nitrix 9 pills a day,NO xplode before the workout in the morning, Cellmass afterwards and before bed.

I eat only salmon and grilled chicken breasts, drink water and if I eat bread its wheat bread, brown rice and skim milk.

I hope that gives u enough info to let me no what effect the deca and primo would have for me.
 
You need to be eating more. I bet it if your diet and training get tweaked a bit, you can make some great nat gains. Then revisit the gear scenario in a yr or so.

what does you leg day consist of?
please list your diet meal by meal eg meal 1: .... meal 2:.... etc.
decca with out test and its a high probability your mrs will start to sleep around as your dick wont work.

do a bit of research in the training forum bro the whole 3 sets of 10 thing is something i would recommend to a 15 year old looking to get used to the basics of weight training. i noticed you dont work your back.. whys that?

your research was not incorrect, just incomplete. there is so much more that goes into picking the right gear for the type of cycle. that if why it is good to post here and get a bunch of opinions as many of us have tried a lot of different things--some better, some worse, but a learning experience.

and you did the smart thing by asking first and not asking how to fix it after its messed up. keep reading and learning.

def not my first choice either. EOD & high doses to run properly which doesnt mix for a first cycle. with that said though someone running it the first time around will still see decent gains off of it.

True, but its all i can compare my first cycle to, That was it,LOL. but i only did two inj a wk. 500mg total.
