easy answer to this question, look at female body builders.. they look like fucking men. boney faces, square jaws, thick skin, and so on. I think if a baby faced feminine looking guy did the right cycle or did it long enough of course he would become more masculine looking. The chin grows outward (in a squarish kinda way not downward like while your growing making your face longer) in response to testosterone.
