Obviously that original post was a typo on the distance, as 99.9% of the US population can not run a mile in under 4 minutes.(that's without) carrying any weights. I have seen the event though and it looks gruelling, to say the least.

Whats the guys name who won the 2002 met-rx worlds strongest man? That guy wasnt just strong, he was very big,and had a respectable bodyfat level. He really dominated the whole thing, he was very confident, almost cocky, but i think he deserved to be. I think he was 275 competing against much larger competitors, and still was by far the best.-WULF

If you are talking about the polish guy.......he hardly dominated. He got beat in the heats and humbled in the events requiring all out strength in the finals. Bfold has also posted the results of a Grand Prix that happened just after the Worlds. The Polish guy came in fifth. Sure that isn't too sloppy, but he didn't dominate at all.
