Yo. :fro: Im on a test/dbol cycle and have been doing a work out routine for about 2 months now. The routine says to switch it up to a 10x10 workout, maybe you all know of it ( anthony elliss's thing). Yea, so do you think i should do the 10x10 or stick to what I am doing now, either way I will make gains, just wondering what you all think? Thanks

Lower the reps and up the intensity!

During a good cycle i'll train until absolute failure,its almost hard the next morning to hold a hair dryer to dry my hair ,sometimes all together i'll give up & prop the hairdryer up and put my head in front of it!!!!!
Thats what intense is about!

Well on a 10x10 workout, you do weight that you can do for 20 reps. So it just gets harder and harder. But thanks for the help Radar.
