I like Evenings as the body has ample supply of calories to support a grueling workout!

Yeah, mornings suck for heavy lifts. You just don't have the glucose stores available then to get a good workout. I prefer a few hours before bed so I can wind down a bit.

Mornings are great for cardio, that and a post workout shake in the morning can make your day go that much better :)

I am literally retarded for at least two hours after waking up. I am a night man myself. 7 PM usually... I used to like the afternoon 3 or 4 but being back in NY way too busy with school.

Mornings on an empty stomach is the best for cardio and burning fat.

However, for lifting and building muscle I'm much stronger in the afternoon and evening that in the morning.

around 2:00pm. there i've already had 3 meals and right after workout eat again. take nap. then eat two more times. then go to bed again.

I'll take your schedule andy day of the week. I love a little power nap after a workout when I'm off from work.

I hate lifting in the morning, feels liek there is sand in my joints. Early evening, before dinner is my 1st choice, mid afternoon my second.
