just started my cycle today
500mg test cyp
500mg tren eth
200mg deca
goals to gain about 10 pounds and bring out lagging muscle groups (biceps, triceps, forearms) and gain some strength in other muscle groups and lifts,
so im not expecting to become a monster and acheieve dramatic increases
thought id keep a LOG to track my progress
im just going to post it here for people to monitor if they feel like watching
if youd like starting PICS please request, im not going to post pics up now since its a workout LOG, but if people feel theyd like some starting pics to make it more interesting please ask and ill post them up
if your happy with just numbers and exercises then ill keep it that way

You must have some pretty cheap straps good ones shouldn't break up to 1000 pounds+. Do you use a lot of cheating on those db rows? Also how do you get the machines to 500+ pounds? And one last thing are you talking about these when you say one arm db forearms curl?
