Workout Log on a PDA

my office just bought me a pda... Do any of you keep track of your reps and sets on a pda.. If so, what software do you use.. I have been doing it the old fashion way (pen and notebook) but would like to try something new..
 
If the PDA is Windows CE or PocketPC, just use pocket excel. Then you can sync the data up with excel files on your home PC. The problem is that pocket excel doesn't show any special cell formatting.

Not as much as dropping a 20lb weight on it. I've broken a couple of pens that way but my exercise book has proven very resilient.
 
I've used Pocket Excel to record my workouts. Although the WM2003 version of Pocket Excel loses formatting, WM5 doesn't. On the flip side, the OS is SLOW....
