I know this doesn't belong in this section of the forum but hopefully people will see it before it gets moved. My apologies mods. If you're looking for a great work out log to help keep track I suggest the gym hero app. I've used a few others and this one by far is the best. Also calorie counter app breaks all your meals down to even vitamins and minerals and tells you if you're are too low on something. You can scan most foods bar codes and it will break it down for you to a tee.
