How long do most of you workout while do resistance weights. I find myself going for an hour. Funny thing last time i cycled tren i use to stay lifting for almost an hour and fourty five minutes. I couldnt stop lifting because i loved the pump feeling and the strength gains. Im on primo and im starting to feel and see some gains but i still dont have the desire to go long. How long do you lift of a cycle?

75 minutes max. Try shortening up time between sets to 45 to 60 seconds max. It'll burn you out quicker.
Focus no dogganer just get er done.

I train one BP a day with high reps and little rest....35 minutes tops....

Lesss than 45 minutes a day, and 10 of that is cardio. No need to live in the gym if you eat right and have a nice balance of chemicals. The guys I know that spend like 1.5hrs in the gym are social idiots, like the gym is their only focus in life and thats all they know.

Amen....I train in the early AM and there's way too many fat, not-knowing-how-to-train idiots there for happy hour

1hour 45 mins I do Chest/back/abs... bis/tris/delts... quads/hams/calves everything is back to back non stop triple sets... 12-16 sets the pump is phenomenal OFF or ON!

glad to see everyone is being civil. these types of threads can turn nasty quick.

bottom line is EVERYONE is different. what works for me wont work for you and vice versa. also if the gym is the size of your garage then your workout will be quicker. but if your gym is the size of a super walmart then it will take longer to get from one machine to the next etc. or if your gym has 12 people vs. having to wait 5 minutes to get in your set cause its packed solid. there are diff factors to consider.

some of us powerlifters obviously are gonna take a bit longer to rest in between sets, cause we are doing heavier weight vs. the guys who are doing the light weights. i usually do a lap or two around the gym in between sets to rest

plus we all have diff goals and diff ideas of what we want out of our workout.

Very true, my sets are quick and minimal rest and it works for me. The beauty of this sport is its not just 1 way that works to meet our goals.

I like quicker workouts, 35-45 mins, but sometimes I take longer and do more set and they can get to an hour. plus if I have 20 mins of cardio that adds up. If I kill it and have a great pump, I am satisfied. :)
