Workout for girlfriend?

Hey guy could anymore recommend a workout for my girl.
shes 21 years old eats pretty well and goes to the gym around 4 times a week.
mainly looking at losing a little around hips and thighs and toning up.

Have her train with weights. Most girls are afraid to touch a weight but she'll get much better results doing that than any amount of cardio.

Also...we need pics:)

irish nailed it dead on.. need pics to evaluate the situation.

but yeah a normal lifting routine will work great, theres no reason a woman shouldnt lift like a man. the weight will just be different amount but same move
 
Yep with weights my wife trains with me and trains just like me. She's getting to be one powerful woman. It's great for the sex life to.
