Hey guy could anymore recommend a workout for my girl.
shes 21 years old eats pretty well and goes to the gym around 4 times a week.
mainly looking at losing a little around hips and thighs and toning up.

but yeah a normal lifting routine will work great, theres no reason a woman shouldnt lift like a man. the weight will just be different amount but same move
