sometimes you just have to train the way life lets you. that workout should be fine. just hit it hard when you do train.

i will get flamed but 3 days a week is plenty. 4 max. try not to train on consecutive days. you may be training different muscle groups but your cortisol levels need a chance to come down and the central nervous system needs a break too. never train the day after legs.

btw, how is that var cycle coming?

Layinback... Won't get a flame burnin' from this direction. 3 days a week is the sweet spot for me. I find that I haven't gotten burned out and it doesn't interfere with my family life. My gains over the last 3 months have been steady.

da ghost is in da house........

ghost i asked you a couple of questions last week about volume training.......

are you high volume or low volume high intensity?
what are your views on training frequency?
please give me a brief overview of your personal beliefs re frequency and volume

define FREQUENCY?????

Always high intensity to begin a workout
this means explosive reps but always slow on negatives!!!

off cycles are always low volume HIGH INTENSITY

I lift heavy bro, always be a critic of yourself
if i feel a bodypart isnt "ripped" enough
I will do partial exercises in the beginning of all of my workouts

IE chest day Incline machine 21's first quarter 7 , med 7, last 7

go semi slow to pound those muscle fibers

i always include these
drop sets, stripping method, FORCED REPS, partials, supersetting

supersetting is fucking amazing for lagging ARMS

sorry i didnt really understand your Q
ps i always incorporate burn outs when im training for physique symmetry/look

but strength DC TRAINING ALL THE WAY BABY its rest pause by mike mentzer RIP and also for PEAKS its fucking amazing and breaking plateaus....but you have to do it right its fucking intense

I always take 7 days off every 3 months. This time I do some serious body detox, streching, massage, and most important R.E.S.T
I like training 2 on 1 off and 3 on 2 off.
I love feeling strong when I walk into the gym not like a bag of smashed assholes wishin I would have took the day off!

btw, how is that Anavar - oxandrolone - cycle coming?

anavar cycle i think was bogus, Didnt really notice much gains but who knows i just finished it a week or 2 ago. Havent lost anything. still waiting to send it in for testing but im a lazy bastard so i havent got to it yet.

as far as training its usually 3-4 days off on random days because alot of things just spring up now. So whatever days i get free I use it to work out

priorities in line...smart man IMO

Thanks for the DC link H Ghost. much appreciated.

i train every three days. gives lots of rest, and come back every three days ready for action, strong and recuperated.

train hard and heavy, to failure, then some......

u tax the cns too much when u constantly train til failure... it's been proven to be more efficient to work near failure and train the same muscle more times per year... my pics and strenth show that over layin.

every now and then (2x year) i might take 1-2 weeks "off" and do just cardio and stretching. it gives my ecto joints a break

pics? strength? when i research your post all i see are negative comments. you are like the little boy in the back of the classroom, acting out for the attention you dont get from mommy and daddy. i guess negative attention is better than no attention huh soap dummy.
