Workout Advice

I used to weight lift and got fairly nice results when I was in highschool. I am now 21 yrs old, and getting back into it, and this time im alot more serious with it. This is my current workout schedule and what i've been taking in (supps):

The supplements I use, and I know alot of you guys would knock me for this:
GNC 100% Whey Protein, GNC Creatine Monohydrate. 1 pro. shake in the morning and 1 within 20 mins after workout. 5 grams of creatine 30 minutes b4/after workout. Also taking Centrum Performance, but looking into Mega Man Sport vitamins.

Sun- Light cardio/ 20 mins
Mon- Chest, Biceps, Triceps/ 30 mins, moderate weight, high reps
Tue- Legs, Torso/ 20 mins, heavy weight, moderate reps
Wed- Chest, Biceps, Triceps/ 30 mins, heavy weight, moderate reps
Thu- Legs, Torso/ 20 mins moderate weight, high reps
Fri- Chest, Biceps, Triceps/ 30 mins, heavy weight, light reps
Sat- Light cardio/ 20 mins

Been using Creatine for less than 2 weeks, been using protein powder for 2 months. I have seen a noticeable change in strength and muscles look more toned, but I never seem to gain bulk. I eat quite healthy as well, just not very heavily. As of right now I stand at 5'8" 170 lbs, but still have a little bit of a gut and "annoying" fat... a little fat that just wont seem to go away. Im not fat by any stretch, but its a little discouraging that it stays. Any suggestions guys?

i dont see any shoulder routines..
dont go by mins u have to go by sets and reps

like Tri's 4x8-10 reps

i personally would do
Chest and tri's one day
back and Bi's the next
shoulders/delts ...next
Hams/quads/glutes..next

and so forth
20mins cardio isnt sufficient IMO
extend it to 30mins and med/high pace, or whatever is more comfortable for you to get a burn and swear going and increase the pace gradually over time.
and do cardio more often maybe 3-4 times a week

and MOST importantly... dont go to GNC lol
im sure u can find a cheeper health store somewhere else in your area.

thats just my 0.02!
G/L bro
theres always alot of info on here about anything, so rea up, and dont feel shy to ask

If its bulk youre looking for incorporate compound exercises into your workouts. IMO theyre great for adding strength and mass. And you should deff devote a day to back.
