Because of personal reasons I had to do a full body workout.
Decline Bench 4x5 195-245
Barbell Row 4x5 150
ATF Squats 4x5 195-245
Nothing to failure - tried to be explosive.
It looks so simple, but after doing those 3 exercises I was wiped out.
