he couldnt afford to keep it in court any longer,we basically lost everything and he had to pick himself up from the gutter to provide for us,he has been back to work around 5 years and is still trying to get out of debt from this whole ordeal

I recieved like $1000 in bills on Friday even though there is a court order for them to pay ALL medical expenses related to the injury...and I am STILL not recieving my weekly checks EITHER! Can the insurance company be penalized for this? I am beginning to get a bunch of finance charges...
